Membership and Development Associate
Full-time exempt, salaried position. Hours may vary to include special events and activities in the evening or weekends.
The Membership and Development Associate is responsible for all facets of the museum’s Membership Program, including generation of membership collateral materials in conjunction with other museum staff. The Membership and Development Associate is also responsible for the timely and accurate management the Raiser’s Edge database and records of contributions and membership (including affiliate memberships); the timely and accurate preparation of mailings, the timely processing, tracking and acknowledgement of contributions and memberships received; maintenance of Raiser’s Edge data files for other departments; coordination of Raiser’s Edge computer hardware and software maintenance technicians, as necessary. The Membership and Development Associate is responsible for representing the Tucson Museum of Art at community outreach events. This position is detail-oriented and requires an understanding of membership as a development tool, and a community outreach perspective that is inclusive, courteous, and affable.
